Specific components of the program include:
- An "Observe In" program to ensure client care is always at its best
- A "Same-Day Q&A Survey" where we selectively obtain our customers feedback on the service they have received to ensure satisfaction and identify areas of improvement
- An "Eye of the Manager" spot-inspection program to assess chauffeurs and their vehicles first hand
